Stillness
What Matters Most Often Speaks Quietly
When we slow down, we hear more. Not only our thoughts, but also our intuition, the sensations in our body, and our inner guidance.
A personal insight into my journey, my work, and what matters most to me in New Reiki.
My Journey
My path into spirituality did not begin with ready-made teachings, but with questions that eventually became too honest to keep ignoring. For a long time, I tried to understand everything through the mind, to make sense of it and find a solution.
Yet the deeper I searched, the more I came to realise that some answers are not found. They are remembered. In moments of stillness. In nature. In encounters with others. And sometimes in a single sentence that suddenly touches something within us.
For me, spirituality is not an escape from everyday life, but a way of arriving more deeply within it. Not turning away from the world, but being more consciously present in the midst of it.
Stillness
When we slow down, we hear more. Not only our thoughts, but also our intuition, the sensations in our body, and our inner guidance.
Honesty
Spirituality does not have to sound perfect. It can be human, searching, vulnerable, and still full of light.
Nature
In nature, many things become simpler. We remember that we are not separate, but part of a living whole.
